Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable though may be exchanged for another tour and/or date if seats are available. Please call the Ticket Booth at (401) 619-1300 with any questions.

Policy Notices

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time to check in at the ticket booth to receive your boarding pass. Boat leaves promptly at departure time, tickets are non-refundable do to missing boat. We cannot hold the boat for latecomers. Parking and traffic can be difficult in Newport, so please leave extra time for both. Please call ticket booth with any questions or concerns. 

If tour is cancelled by the Captain due to weather conditions you can either reschedule or receive a refund. 

A Gratuity of 15% will be added to groups of 10 or more.

For your safety please wear soft soled shoes. No heels are permitted on board.


No strollers, car seats or wheelchairs allowed on board for safety reasons. Items can be stored safely with our ticket booth staff during your tour.

Boarding can be denied if a passenger arrives visibly intoxicated.

DOG POLICY: Trained service dogs only, no pets. Must call ahead to make reservation and notify us if bringing a dog.

We require a minimum number of passengers to go out, if that minimum is not met the cruise will be cancelled.
